Job Description:
This individual is the primary point of contact to the client for the company. In this position, relationships are formed with potential clients, design solutions are developed that satisfy the clients’ needs and proposals are executed and managed to ensure a top-quality installation for the client and a profitable project for the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or similar field. Comparable practical experience will be considered. Local contacts a plus.
CAD proficient. Photoshop and SketchUp a plus.
Demonstrated experience as a creative, detail-oriented, client-focused designer
Proven ability to seek, establish and maintain valuable client relationships
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

Necessary Personal Skills:

Superior organization and time-management skills
Ability to excel as a leader in a team-oriented, fast-paced company
Friendly, positive and professional demeanor

POSITION: Professional Garden Care Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION: Award-winning Design/Build Landscape Contractor is seeking help to maintain residential properties. This individual will report directly to and work with the Professional Garden Care Manager. Applicant must be well organized with good communication skills and posses a comprehensive understanding of garden maintenance. This individual will be responsible at times for his/her own crew and portfolio of properties. Job responsibilities will be to provide hands-on gardening services such as; garden clean up, installation of seasonal color beds, deadheading, maintaining plant health, IPM, pruning, watering, weeding, and much more. Customer friendly service and positive relationships, along with first class horticultural knowledge are the backbone of the company.

REQUIREMENTS: A Degree in Horticulture or equivalent would be preferred, minimum 2 years experience in landscaping or related field.

SALARY: Starting $14.00-$16.00 per hour
